We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and equipped with lots of amenities. It was also very clean and the cleaning service was provided on a daily basis. The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the reception spoke English and were very helpful. We also appreciated that they stored our luggage for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the center of the city. The location was absolutely fantastic, as it was right next to various entertainment venues and a shopping mall. Additionally, there was a traditional Ukrainian restaurant nearby that offered delicious and affordable food. The hotel itself had spacious apartments that were cleaned every day, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that any queries were answered promptly. The WiFi was reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected. I particularly appreciated having a kitchenette in the apartment, which allowed me to prepare my own meals. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfactory and there was also the option to enjoy a meal at a nearby restaurant.

I was kinda surprised by the level of service at Basseynaya Apart. The staff were great too accommodate our big group for a weekend wedding celebration. They were able to quickly adjust our room allocations and ensured smooth airport transfers. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to central sights, shopping, and dining. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the daily towel changes were a nice touch. The common room/kitchen area was perfect for our group gatherings. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was really close to the city center and within walking distance of many attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big spa bath in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The parking space at the back of the property was very convenient.
The breakfast, which could have been better. However, there was an option to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant that opened at 8:00.
